All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Gdańsk, Poland. Typical delivery times are:

  • Other EU countries: 5–10 business days

❗ What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Send an email to dofbun@op.pl with your order details and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit as appropriate.
